Outbound Phone Sales Reprsentative | Tax AI SaaS
We’re a fast-growing legal technology startup looking for a driven outbound sales rep to join our high-performing sales team. Our clients include a wide range of professional services in Australia and New Zealand and we are now begining outreach to UK Tax firms.
This is a role for someone who wants to master outbound. Your job is to engage potential new clients through outbound phone outreach and book qualified meetings for our sales team to keep our pipeline moving.
Our products are new and complex, so learning how they work and how our clients can utilise them most effectively is essential. You will be based on-site in our Brighton office, provided with lead lists and call scripts, and given structured training and ongoing coaching on our own AI systems and modern B2B SaaS sales methods.
About you:
You must be extremely motivated to become the best in the world at selling. Our team is fast moving, so you must be prepared to learn and adapt at pace. Your academic background does not matter. However, you must show that you are high agency, resilient, and an effective verbal communicator.
What you will be doing:
- Cold calling decision-makers at professional services firms and booking meetings for our sales team.
- Executing a tight daily rhythm with call blocks, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, and constant opportunities for improvement.
- Learning our ICP and messaging quickly, then improving it through iteration and feedback.
- Using trusted sources to research prospects, personalise outreach, and improve conversion.
- Working inside an elite team applying cutting-edge technology to difficult legal problems.
