ServiceNow Principal Consultants (and Above) – Full Time | Hybrid, Europe-Based

We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Principal Consultants or Senior Leaders to drive strategic ServiceNow initiatives across Europe for a leading consulting organisation. This full-time hybrid role offers the chance to lead high-impact consulting engagements and shape digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee complex ServiceNow projects and advisory work.
  • Define strategy, architecture, and best practices across the platform.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight.

Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow consulting experience at Principal, Managing, or Director level.
  • Strong background in client-facing advisory and solution delivery.
  • Deep platform expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CIS, CTA, Architect) preferred.
