Recruiter, High-Growth Technology Markets
Too often, the industry rewards shortcuts. We choose a more considered approach, focusing on work that endures rather than quick wins that fade. The result is recruitment built on trust, depth, and long-term value.
We partner with some of the most ambitious and technically demanding organisations across technology, fintech, and quantitative finance. These are fast-moving environments with complex hiring challenges and high expectations. As a specialist search firm, we place rigour, intellectual curiosity, and professional care at the centre of every mandate. Speed matters, but quality defines success.
You do not need prior experience in these sectors. What matters is your ability to think clearly, stay focused, and commit to continual improvement. Through structured training, close mentorship, and steady support, you will develop into a recruiter clients rely on for years, not months.
The role
You will manage searches from initial brief through to successful appointment, working closely with clients to shape and deliver their hiring strategies. You will build lasting relationships with high-calibre candidates, remain informed on developments across technology and financial markets, and earn client confidence through consistent, accurate delivery.
The package
- Base salary of £28,000 to £45,000, depending on experience
- Commission that scales with your results
- Bonuses linked to outcomes, not activity metrics
- Progression based on merit and capability, not internal politics
- Exposure to specialist markets and mandates rarely accessible in agency recruitment
You will thrive here if you
- Are confident sourcing and headhunting directly
- Value clarity, reliability, and professional follow-through
- Want to master a market and build genuine expertise
- Take pride in precision and high standards
- See recruitment as a long-term profession, not a stopgap
If you are looking for a career that will challenge you, support your development, and recognise genuine quality, we would welcome a conversation.
