IT Support Engineer

It's a relaxed, supportive place to work with a real focus on staff development - including structured training plans and plenty of opportunities to gain industry-recognised certifications.The Role:You'll be part of the Service Desk team providing remote technical support to a wide range of clients, as well as visiting client sites to deliver face-to-face support when needed. It's a varied, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and building relationships.Key Responsibilities:* Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote tools* Visit client sites to deliver hands-on IT support and troubleshooting* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues* Log, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner* Assist with project work, installations, and system upgrades* Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships About You:* Previous experience in an IT support role (MSP experience desirable but not essential)* Confident working on a service desk and comfortable in face-to-face support situations* Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude* Full UK driving licence (essential for client site visits)* Keen to learn, with a genuine interest in developing your IT skills and gaining certifications What's in it for you?
