EPM Programme Manager

EPM Programme Manager Hybrid Working - Remote / London (up to 3 days per week) About the Organisation

We're looking for an collaborative and delivery-focused EPM Programme Manager to guide the rollout and adoption of a global finance consolidation and reporting platform. Your work will help create consistency, strengthen data integrity, and support sustainable growth across the organisation.

In this role, you'll blend strategic insight with practical leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders and diverse teams to streamline processes, enhance clarity, and enable confident and timely decision-making across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global ERP deployments and the consolidation platform with a focus on partnership, clarity, and strong governance.

  • Establish and nurture finance systems governance, ensuring data standards, controls, and change processes support transparency and collaboration.

  • Oversee integration and migration programmes, designing user-friendly mapping templates and ensuring data reconciliation and validation.

  • Work closely with Finance and IT teams to enhance processes, improve system performance, and embed best practices in a supportive, inclusive way.

  • Act as a trusted link between technical teams and business users, ensuring smooth adoption and clear outcomes.

  • Provide calm, practical leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem-solving, influence, and supportive decision-making.

  • Offer strategic guidance while keeping people and impact at the centre of programme delivery.

  • Support the next phase of enhancements, including automation in budgeting, procurement, AR/AP, and broader reporting improvements.

Experience
  • Strong experience managing or implementing finance systems (experience with OneStream or MS Business Central is highly welcomed).

  • A successful history delivering systems across multi-entity or international environments.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across cultures and functions.

  • A practical, hands-on approach combined with the ability to guide programmes at a strategic level.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate change with empathy, clarity, and resilience in transformation-focused settings.

  • ACA/Chartered Accountant qualification or similar experience is an advantage.

  • Experience within PE-backed or high-growth organisations is beneficial.

  • Ability to balance flexibility with standardisation while delivering strong, measurable improvements.
