Finance Manager - Tech | PE-Backed | Central London (Hybrid)

Are you a newly qualified accountant looking to step into a dynamic Finance Manager role with scope for growth?

We're partnering with a fast-growing tech business, backed by private equity, at the forefront of the sector. With exciting plans ahead, they are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join their central London team (hybrid working).

The role:

As Finance Manager, you'll be integral to driving financial operations, supporting group consolidation across multiple entities, and ensuring smooth month-end close. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making in a high-growth, commercial environment.

What we're looking for:

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
• Strong experience gained during qualification, ideally within tech, media, or fast-paced industries.
• Exposure to group consolidation / multi-entity accounting
• Experience with Workday (desirable but not essential)
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ambition to grow and develop in a PE-backed environment.
