Portfolio Reporting Manager
Portfolio Finance Lead | Growth Capital & Private Equity | Central London | £90,000 - £105,000 | 3 days in the office Did you qualify in a practice firm and have spent the last few years in a commercial finance/FP&A role, helping businesses scale and make smarter decisions? Ready to take your skills to the next level in a hands-on, portfolio finance role for a dynamic growth capital team investing in some of the UK’s most exciting scale-ups across SaaS, tech, and brand-led businesses? You’ll work across the 20+ portfolio companies, assisting their growth and performance by supporting their commercial finance activities, as well as tracking key KPI’s and assessing their performance within the portfolio. What’s the role? You’ll be the financial heartbeat of half our portfolio – working closely with CFOs, FDs, and founders to:
- Monitor trading performance and cash flow
- Shape and improve finance functions
- Drive strategic decision-making through modern MI and KPI frameworks
- Help build exit-ready businesses
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Ideally trained in practice or used to working across a portfolio of businesses
- Spent 3–5 years in industry, ideally in FP&A or commercial finance
- Obsessed with data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable navigating SaaS/ARR models and scaling finance teams
- A natural communicator who can influence and collaborate across all levels
