We're partnering with a PE-backed organisation that is now entering an exciting phase of transformation and growth especially around modernising its Finance and HR functions, consolidating systems, and driving efficiency across multiple global entities.

The Role

The Finance Systems Manager will play a key role in rolling out and embedding a global consolidation and reporting platform (OneStream or similar), ensuring consistency and efficiency across finance and HR systems worldwide.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that will suit someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving business with significant change underway.

You'll work closely with leadership to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enable smarter decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global rollout and implementation of the finance consolidation platform (OneStream).
  • Drive standardisation and streamlining of finance and HR systems across multiple international entities.
  • Support ongoing integration following multiple acquisitions, ensuring system alignment and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT to deliver system improvements and align business processes.
  • Act as the key link between technical and business teams, ensuring successful adoption.
  • Provide hands-on support in a lean, delivery-driven team environment.
  • Build momentum and engagement in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

About You

  • Strong background in finance systems management or implementation (OneStream experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Proven experience rolling out systems across multi-entity or international organisations.
  • Exposure to both finance and HR processes/systems desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to operate across functions and geographies.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach; comfortable working independently and driving delivery.
  • Experience in PE-backed or transformation-led environments advantageous.
