Sales Manager UK, Ring and Blink, RBKS International
Description Ring and Blink, two of Amazon's leading smart security brands, are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team and drive growth for our innovative product portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This role will lead a team of Account Managers while being responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for both Ring and Blink product lines through retail channels and strategic partnerships. Key job responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets
- Create and maintain a performance-driven culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and collaboration
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback
- Mentor and develop team members to support their career growth and success
- Develop and implement the Ring and Blink retail strategy in the UK, identifying new sales opportunities and fostering collaboration with existing strategic retail partners
- Own and manage relationships with key external retail partners, setting sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across our smart security portfolio
- Lead the team in developing and executing annual joint business plans with each retailer partner
- Coordinate new product launches, ensuring flawless go-to-market execution across all retail partners
- Drive continuous improvement in retail channels by testing and implementing new marketing initiatives
- Manage the full lifecycle of key account relationships with the team of Account Managers
- Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement local market strategies
- Experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in the technology, internet, and e-commerce sectors
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form
