Business Performance Manager

About the Role

As Business Performance Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality business intelligence, supporting decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of performance analysts to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining performance dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Driving accurate planning, forecasting, and resource management to ensure KPIs and business objectives are met.
  • Developing and implementing robust data systems, reporting processes, and forecasting models.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the Shared Service Centre.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Management Information, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
  • Strong background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PowerPivot, complex formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
