Cambridgeshire Hybrid after 3 months
Salary: £29,000- £30,000
Anne Corder is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a Microsoft 365 Support Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on technical position supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and other Microsoft cloud systems in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to :
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with users via telephone and email.
• Support Microsoft Windows 11 systems.
• Assist with Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in first-line support, ideally within a high-paced helpdesk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
• Initial period will be on-site in Cambridge, then a hybrid model is available (approx. 2–3 days working from home per week).
• Security screening is required before starting and annually thereafter.
