We are looking for a new Presales Consultant to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with account managers, solution architects and delivery teams to design solutions that are technically sound, commercially aligned, and reflective of our customers’ business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Managers to understand customer objectives, technical environments and requirements, leading technical engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Design bespoke IT solutions across our full service portfolio—including End User Support, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, AI and Transformation services.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-value engagements; support RFPs, bids and tenders with commercially aligned proposals.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, architecture and delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, profitable and strategically aligned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, documenting lessons learned, and staying up to date with emerging technologies and partner offerings.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical account management role within an MSP or IT services organisation.
- Solid technical knowledge of managed IT services, networking, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Experience developing high-quality proposals, solution designs and supporting documentation.
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving business challenges through technology.
