As an AVP Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis for key workstreams or small projects
• Capture and validate business and technical requirements
• Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
• Support agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in large-scale transformation projects within complex organisations
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of APIs, cloud-based applications, and data transfer
• Ability to present analysis findings and influence decisions
