Service Designer - Digital Public Services (SC Cleared)

We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to support the design and improvement of critical public-facing digital services. You'll work across service mapping, co-design, and prototyping to ensure solutions meet user and organisational needs.

Key Details:

• Active SC Clearance required

• Outside IR35

• Remote-first (occasional travel for collaboration sessions)

• 6-month rolling contract

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in service design for digital transformation projects

• Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with GDS Service Standards and user-centred design

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
