SC Cleared User Researcher (Central Government)

Contract - £575 Inside IR35

London - Hybrid

We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile public sector transformation programme.

Key skills and experience:

Strong background in User Research within government UCD programmes

Experience managing or leading UCD teams

Experience working to GDS standards and within agile teams

Skilled in planning and conducting user research to inform service and interaction design

Ability to map end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities, and co-create solutions with stakeholders

Confident presenting findings and facilitating workshops to drive user-centred decision making

Key details:

£575 per day (Inside IR35)

Must hold active SC Clearance

Start ASAP (2 weeks onboarding)

London (hybrid/remote)
