A senior leadership role within a leading change and transformation consultancy, focused on driving growth, owning retail technology strategy, and turning vision into measurable value for some of the most exciting retail brands in EMEA.

This is a commercially driven role at the intersection of delivery and sales. You will lead digital technology advisory work for EMEA Retail clients whilst building pipeline and originating new business.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven senior leadership consulting experience in Technology Advisory or Enterprise Architecture
• A core focus and extensive consulting background within Retail is a must
• Clear track record of originating and converting revenue in a consulting environment
• Strong exposure to Technology Operating Models and EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) applied to retail environments
• Experience shaping multi-year technology roadmaps
• Comfortable C-Suite and senior business leaders across major retail organisations
• Credible across modern retail technology topics (cloud, data, AI, loyalty, channels, application rationalisation)
• Commercially minded, client-facing, and growth-oriented

What You’ll Do

• Own business development within the EMEA Retail Technology & Data practice
• Drive sales with a consulting-led approach
• Partner with senior selling and account teams to expand existing relationships and open new logos across EMEA Retail
• Advise C-suite executives on retail technology strategy, enterprise architecture and modern ways of working
• Define business-led digital and technology strategies
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural direction
• Act as a visible thought leader and market presence in Retail Technology Advisory
• Build, coach and lead high-performing consulting teams delivering retail technology advisory work
