Role Summary
Our client is a global consulting and technology organisation delivering complex, large-scale SAP and S/4HANA programmes for major enterprise clients. They are hiring experienced SAP Delivery Leads at Manager and Senior Manager level to take full accountability for delivery, commercials, and client outcomes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of major SAP programmes, leading work from blueprint through go-live and post-implementation support. Alongside delivery, you will contribute to account growth, business development, and the wider SAP practice.
You will operate in complex, international delivery environments, working closely with onshore, offshore, client, and third-party teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end SAP delivery across large, complex programmes.
- Managing scope, budget, timelines, and delivery risk.
- Leading delivery under non-T&M commercial models, including fixed price, fixed outcome, and risk-reward.
- Forecasting revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%).
- Leading multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor delivery teams across global locations.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Driving quality across all delivery phases: design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
- Supporting account growth, new business opportunities, and SAP practice capability development.
Ideal Background
- 8+ years’ SAP experience across multiple modules or functional areas.
- Proven leadership of large-scale SAP programmes within a consulting environment.
- Strong delivery experience across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models.
- Demonstrable ownership of delivery commercials and margins.
- Senior stakeholder and executive client management experience.
- Experience leading delivery in multi-vendor and hybrid environments.
- S/4HANA experience is highly desirable, particularly within:
- Data migration
- Test management
- Cutover planning
- Mobilisation and dependency management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Salary & Package
Manager level
- London: Up to £90,000
- Regional: Up to £70,000 – £85,000
- Depending on Experience
