SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead Consultant | Home-based | £80,000–£100,000

I’m supporting a specialist HR & Payroll consultancy that is continuing to grow its SuccessFactors practice and is looking for experienced Senior / Lead ECP Consultants to join multiple active transformation programmes.

This is a hands-on delivery role where you will lead workstreams, manage stakeholders and deliver end-to-end payroll implementations for enterprise clients.

The role

• Lead full lifecycle SuccessFactors ECP implementations

• Configure payroll schemas, rules and integrations

• Run client workshops and solution design sessions

• Support data migration, testing and go-live

• Own delivery workstreams and mentor junior consultants

• Contribute to pre-sales and client engagement when required

Experience required

• 5–6+ years SAP Payroll or ECP experience

• 3–4+ years leading project implementations

• Strong EC to ECP integration knowledge

• Confident client-facing consulting background

• Certification in ECP or SAP Payroll (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
