Our client needs an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their London based team. This is a hybrid role, offering the balance between office-based collaboration and flexible remote working. You would be working within an organisation that deliver innovative IP-based solutions. As the Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring successful project delivery and contribute to identifying process improvement and opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for clients within the managed services division, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling for business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports regularly, which will cover client satisfaction, account performance, key opportunities

Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management within comparable managed service environments, modern workspace or enterprise networks
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Proactive in approach, highly organised and results driven
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in identifying growth opportunities
  • Experienced at working with enterprise clients, with a thorough understanding of complex requirements
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
