Business Development Manager (Enterprise Accounts)

About the Role
Our client is lookign to recruit a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across enterprise-level clients in the SaaS space. This role is all about hunting, engaging, and closing – identifying strategic opportunities, influencing decision-makers, and delivering cloud-based solutions that create measurable business impact.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a UK-wide strategy to win net-new enterprise SaaS logos.
- Building strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Managing long, complex SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and demonstrations.
- Consistently achieving (and exceeding) ambitious SaaS revenue targets.
About You
- A proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into FTSE 500 / Global Enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional networker and communicator, with gravitas at board level.
- Experience managing 6–12+ month SaaS sales cycles.
- Skilled in solution/consultative selling, value-based approaches, and ROI-led conversations.
- Results-driven, commercially astute, and ambitious to exceed targets.
