We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer for our client, who are making significant investments in network security tools, IT cloud and training for its IT staff. You will be responsible for providing infrastructure and helpdesk support for a growing SME. If you have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and problem solving, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing end-user support, delivering operational support, assisting with projects
• Design, implement and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premises environments
• Support and manage the business VOIP systems
• Travel to sites for installation, retrieval and improvement
• Assist in maintaining all IT and business systems

Skills:

• Experience in managing a cloud based iPaaS tool and Azure design/architecture training
• Proven experience working in IT infrastructure engineering or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
