Project Manager

Growing SaaS software provider / implementation consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM and ERP software implementations for their client base.

This role will suit a Project Manager who has hands-on experience delivering software solutions to third-party customers, working in a client-facing capacity and managing end-to-end implementation projects.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple software implementation projects, acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with internal delivery teams and external client stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS / CRM / ERP software implementation projects
  • Act as the primary client-facing contact, building strong working relationships with third-party customers
  • Gather and manage requirements, scope, timelines, and delivery plans
  • Coordinate internal teams including consultants, developers, product and support
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and budgets
  • Facilitate client meetings, workshops and regular status updates
  • Manage change control and ensure clear communication throughout delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed methodologies and best practice

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS, CRM or ERP implementations as a Project Manager
  • Experience working for a software vendor, SaaS provider or implementation partner
  • Strong experience delivering projects for third-party clients (essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and system integrations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable

  • Exposure to CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle or similar
  • PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment

This is a 6 month contract role, Inside IR35, with the requirements to work 2 days / week from their office near Newbury.
