A highly regarded global financial services firm is seeking a senior IT leader to own and lead end-user technology services across EMEA, with exposure into APAC.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day quality, reliability, and responsiveness of IT services supporting a demanding, front-office user base. Acting as the senior escalation point, you’ll work closely with global IT teams while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading service desk, regional IT services and end-user support across multiple offices
- Acting as the senior point of escalation for high-impact incidents
- Partnering with global IT, security, and engineering teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Managing vendors and third-party providers
- Building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement through service metrics, reporting, and user experience
Key requirements:
- Proven experience leading IT operations or end-user services within financial services
- Strong judgment, calm decision-making, and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in regulated, high-expectation environments
- Exposure to multi-region or international IT service delivery
- A practical, accountable leadership style — close to delivery, not detached from it
