The Role:

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in High Wycombe, focused on sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre IT talent for US-based clients. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to drive strategy and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with US clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and assess IT professionals across various technical domains (software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, cloud, data, etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future needs
• Provide market insights and talent mapping to support client hiring strategy
• Mentor and support junior recruitment team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, ideally working with US clients
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Excellent sourcing skills, including direct search, networking, and social media recruitment
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to work onsite in High Wycombe
