Recruitment Consultant - Sales Role
Location: London Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + uncapped commission OTE: £40,000+ Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2

The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining business development with candidate management. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and close placements while working towards clear targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing new client relationships and growing existing accounts

Sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates

Managing the recruitment process from initial brief to placement

Negotiating fees, offers, and terms

Consistently working towards revenue and performance targets
