We're seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead the procurement function for a growing organisation. The role will focus on strategy, supplier management, and delivering commercial value, particularly within IT/Software or Financial Services.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead procurement strategy across the business and key categories
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee contract negotiations
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and risk reduction
- Provide commercial insight to senior stakeholders
- Develop and mentor the procurement team
About you:
- Significant experience in procurement leadership, ideally in IT/Software or Financial Services/Banking
- Strong negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivering measurable results across complex procurement categories
- Professional qualification (MCIPS/CIPS) is desirable
