We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation programme within a complex, fast-moving environment.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to shape requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of scalable, data-driven solutions. A strong background in low-code platforms and/or Power BI is essential.
The Role
- Lead business analysis across end-to-end change initiatives
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define business needs, outcomes, and success measures
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation (epics, user stories, process flows)
- Support solution design across low-code platforms and data / reporting tools
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and ways of working
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong experience with low-code platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems) and/or Power BI
- Confident working with data, reporting, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify ambiguity
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and the business
