Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a high-calibre Product Manager with strong domain experience across modern financial technology ecosystems and a passion for building products that delight customers while meeting the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.
The Role
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a suite of products used by financial institutions, payment providers, and digital asset platforms globally. Working closely with cross-functional engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams, you will define product vision, shape strategy, and deliver high-quality features that solve real customer problems in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
- Gather customer insights and market data to prioritise features and improvements.
- Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing products.
- Drive product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, operations, and support.
- Monitor KPIs, product performance, and customer feedback to iterate effectively.
- Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory, compliance, and security expectations.

We are looking for candidates with experience in several of the following areas:
- Authentication & Security: MFA, identity management, access controls.
- KYC & Compliance: Customer onboarding flows, verification services, AML considerations.
- External APIs: Designing and consuming REST/graph-based APIs, API lifecycle management, integration best practices.
- Fiat Payments: Cards, bank transfers, settlement flows, reconciliation, PSPs.
- Crypto Payments: Wallets, on-chain/off-chain transactions, custody models, blockchain network behaviour.
- Pricing: Fee models, FX/crypto conversion, dynamic pricing engines.
- Trading: Execution, order routing, liquidity, market data, trade lifecycle.
- Finance: Accounting flows, ledgering, reporting, revenue recognition.
- Risk: Transaction risk, fraud detection, credit/market risk signals and controls.
- Marketing: Customer journey optimisation, product-led growth, analytics, messaging.
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within Fintech or financial services.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to validate decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
