Senior Product Manager Salary: £55,699 – £68,650 + £3,300 for London-based candidates + bonus + exceptional benefits (civil service pension) + Hybrid (Stratford, London)Our client, a global online non-for-profit organisation committed to improving the lives of millions, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to oversee the delivery and enhancement of an AI learning & language assessment project to improve latency & efficiency. This is a critical role in shaping customer experiences across our client’s portfolio, ensuring products are innovative, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.To be successful, you must have experience with digital online systems, a strong understanding of AI, and exposure to online learning and assessments.Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of online learning and assessment systems to meet evolving customer needs.
- Apply AI product experience to improve latency, speed, and efficiency in learning and language assessments to stimulate conversation (or similar).
- Drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure robust governance, contract management, and compliance with organisational standards.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all product development activities.
- Lead and mentor junior Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
- EdTech experience, particularly in online assessments, examinations, and language assessments.
- Proven experience in agile product delivery and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of online learning and assessment technologies.
- Ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and deliver complex digital projects.
- Experience leading virtual/global teams within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of EDI principles and commitment to inclusive practices.
