Our client is an exciting, ambitious, rapidly growing AI powered PropTech business. Due to rapid start-up growth, they now require a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the business.

They are looking for an Estate Agent/Onboarder to join the Project Team. The Project Team provides first class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their project.

The ideal candidate will have a background in estate agency and be confident, outgoing and driven to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing first-class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their software/application.
• You’ll need to keep clients updated on new features, changes, and recent updates.
• Ensure customers are happy and using the system to its fullest potential.
• Relationship building with clients.
• You will be required to analyse customer usage and highlight improvements where required.
• Gain case studies, external reviews, referrals and testimonials
• Account management
• You will gather feedback and improve product or service.

Essential Skills & Traits:

• 2 + years of estate agency experience
• A sound grasp of ICT skills such as using MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time-management
• Upbeat and friendly attitude
• Able to be able to pick up new systems with ease
• A desire to see every job completed quickly and to a high standard, and the ability to push other colleagues to deliver on these goals
