IT Support Analyst

This is an urgent requirement for an experienced 1 st & 2 nd line BAU IT Support Analyst to take a 4 day onsite contract in Central London. My client is a small IT firm in Islington and needs holiday cover from Tuesday 26 th August to Friday 29 th August. All 4 days will be on site in Islington paying £250p/d inside IR35.

To be considered for this IT Support Analyst contract you MUST be available to interview and start immediately, and be happy to be onsite from Tuesday 26 th August to Friday 29 th August.

You will have several years of experience in IT helpdesk support providing 1st & 2nd line remote support around the Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will have some MSP experience, although this is NOT essential.

Core skills and experience will include:

• Windows 10 & 11

• Office 365 - including SharePoint administration 

• InTune, Auto Pilot & MDM 

• Azure AD & Entra ID
