IT Support Analyst

A well-established architectural practice is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team based in central London. Please note this role is Inside IR35 and fully office based (5 days per week).In this role you will work as part of a small team to deliver a smooth and efficient IT laptop roll-out project. You will configure, set up and distribute the new laptops to staff, so technical competence and consummate communication skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.In order to be suitable for this position you will possess relevant IT qualifications and have proven technical experience supporting IT hardware, Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory.
