IT Support Analyst

A highly successful professional service firm is looking for a personable and articulate IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London. Please note this is an office based role so you will work on-site 5 days per week.Working as an integral part of a high-performance team, you will provide 1 st , 2 nd and some 3 rd line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites. You will also contribute to interesting and exciting technology projects so excellent problem solving skills are a prerequisite.     In order to be suitable for this role you MUST be an accomplished IT Support Analyst with demonstrable expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows 11.
