IT Support Analyst / Legal

IT Support Analyst required to work with a respected professional services firm in London city.

You will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support, maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure, and work closely with an external managed service provider to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively. This role offers broad exposure across end-user support, systems administration, security, and IT operations.

  • Provide professional 1st and 2nd line IT support to all staff
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to external IT providers where required
  • Offer clear guidance and support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT hardware and software
  • Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and stability
  • Maintain control of IT equipment and peripherals (laptops, chargers, docking stations, headsets, printers)

Skills:

You must have solid experience of 365, Azure, AD, Networking

  • Set up, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions across:
  • Microsoft Office 365

Network & Infrastructure

  • Support and monitor network equipment including switches, routers, and wireless access points
  • Maintain meeting room technology and AV equipment
  • Support desk moves, cable management, and office layout changes

Other role aspects

  • Support IT and operational projects across the firm
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and user experience
  • Work closely with management to ensure systems and workflows remain current and effective
  • Resolving headset, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Troubleshooting Outlook, iManage, and Office 365 problems
  • Supporting meeting room AV and reception phone systems
  • Building and configuring laptops and desktops
  • Managing access requests, password resets, and user permissions

YOU MUST be willing to work onsite and possess excellent presentation and communication skills to work in this presentable professional services environment.
