IT Support Analyst
A large and highly successful business is looking for an accomplished IT Support Analyst to join its team based in Uxbridge. Please note this is a fully office based role, you will work on-site 5 days per week.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise providing a proactive 1st - 3rd line user and systems support service in a Windows environment. You will have deep experience with Office 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory and will be a natural problem solver with a passion for technology. Key requirements include:

Strong background in 2nd and 3rd line IT support and infrastructure management

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices

Proven track record of technical project delivery
As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the technical environment. Working with a broad range of technologies you will provide a proactive support service, ensuring systems remain accessible, available and well managed.
