IT Support Engineer

My client is a leading consultancy in need of an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a hybrid role (3 days office / 2 days home) paying £40,000 and is based in the Dorking area of Surrey.

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience with 1 st & 2 nd line BAU user support and some infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with:

• Windows 10 & 11
• Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & Sharepoint)
• Azure AD
• Windows Server 2019 & 2022
• Azure
• Cisco network switches & routers

Although this role will be based out of Dorking you will be providing multi-site remote support to a large number of UK wide users.
