Technical Operations Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,000 – £31,800 per year
Location: Billingshurst (office-based with cross-team collaboration)

The Technical Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Operations and Project teams, ensuring technical deployments are coordinated efficiently and delivered right-first-time. Acting as a central point between internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers, you’ll help ensure technical deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and deadlines.

What will this role be getting up to?- Acting as a central coordination point between Sales, Projects, Operations, and Customer Services
- Participating in pre-deployment technical calls with customers and third-party service providers
- Reviewing and validating technical information to ensure right-first-time deployments
- Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies
- Ensuring all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and correctly stored
- Ensuring deployment engineers fully understand the technical scope of projects
- Verifying provisioning tasks are completed prior to project commencement
- Coordinating delivery of all required equipment and licences
- Assisting with deployment activities such as provisioning and labelling
- Receiving, prioritising, and coordinating responses to technical issues
- Escalating issues to the appropriate technical teams and keeping Project Managers informed
- Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Permanent, full-time position
- Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break
- Must be able to drive and have daily access to a vehicle to attend the office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Calm, resilient, and able to work effectively under pressure
Desirable:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management principles
- Experience with remote support tools
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
- CompTIA Network+ or similar qualification
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Please note: 3 days must be taken during the Christmas shutdown
