You’ll be the on-site IT presence for a major customer in Hedge End, working on behalf of a well-established IT Service Provider. You won’t be hidden behind a queue or lost in a huge support function. You’ll be the person users know, trust, and rely on.

You’ll be delivering a mix of 2nd line BAU support and hands-on project work, supporting users across the business and helping drive real improvements across their IT estate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 2nd line support across the customer’s IT environment
  • Supporting and improving systems across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and desktop
  • Getting involved in project work - installs, migrations, upgrades, deployments
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for users and stakeholders
  • Working closely with the wider MSP team to deliver a high-quality service

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in a 2nd line IT support role
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, M365, networking, and desktop support
  • Experience supporting or delivering IT projects
  • Confident communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Someone who enjoys ownership and being “the go-to” on site
