Personal Assistant
We are working with a fast-scaling technology start-up looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the C-Suite team and help build the operational foundations of the company. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, mission-driven business at an early stage and have a direct impact on how they grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the founders, including diary management, communications, meeting preparation and follow-up
- Drive day-to-day operational excellence across the business
- Coordinate projects, streamline processes and proactively identify ways to increase efficiency
- Manage internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and team support as we scale
- Support with office management, events and general organisational needs
Requirements:
- Outstanding academic record from a top-tier university (Top 20) with a First Class or equivalent strongly preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (tech, consulting, start-ups, finance or similar)
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
