  • Handling escalation cases and providing executive-level support
  • Managing complex cases
  • Driving process improvement and developing process guides
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:
  • Available for weekend and evening work
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Top-notch oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and dispute resolution skills
  • Great problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
