Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer London (Hybrid) - £60k to £65k plus equity

Avanti Recruitment is working with an exciting scale up that are transforming the UK property industry with cutting-edge PropTech solutions. With nearly 3,000 branches signed up, they are scaling fast and looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the team.

This is a role for someone passionate about user experience methodologies - research, iteration, and product thinking - not just making things look good in Figma.

What You’ll Do

• Own user journeys across multiple products.
• Simplify complex data flows into intuitive experiences.
• Run research, usability testing, and discovery workshops.
• Work with product and engineering to deliver seamless experiences.
• Champion UX across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in UX design for SaaS / data products.
• Research-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative.
• Client-facing and able to communicate design decisions clearly.
• Figma and UI skills welcome, but UX methodologies are the priority.
