Digital Services Administrator - London, Croydon, Leeds or Manchester

Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid Working (3 days on site)

We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading provider of specialist digital and membership services, to recruit a Digital Services Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative digital team where you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of an online hub used by partners and clients across a range of sectors.

This role is well-suited to someone enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning new skills. You will play a key role in supporting customers, maintaining systems, and ensuring digital services run smoothly, while also contributing ideas to enhance the platform.

About the Team

Our client's digital services function provides tailored online tools and content to partners, professional associations, and specialist providers. Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working alongside colleagues in law, tax, care, and insurance, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver digital solutions that add value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the client mailbox and respond to queries and requests
  • Cover the live chat feature during core hours alongside colleagues
  • Maintain the document and content management system
  • Assist with testing new features and bug fixes
  • Provide monthly stats and reports internally and for partners
  • Act as a point of contact for the team with clients and other business areas
  • Monitor the online platform for technical or administrative issues
  • Contribute ideas for website development and improvements
  • Ensure updates and changes are implemented to deadlines
