About Us

We provide innovative SaaS solutions for the property management and related industries. Our mission is to deliver intuitive, data-driven products that empower businesses to streamline operations and unlock new efficiencies. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture, technical excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of new products within our platform. You'll work closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams to turn feature requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions that deliver real business value.

You'll own your product backlog and collaborate with the CTO and development team using a Scrumban approach to ensure timely, high-standard delivery. This role requires someone who can balance technical depth with customer-facing communication, moving seamlessly between design workshops and business presentations.

What You'll Do

  • Translate high-level product features into detailed requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Own and manage the delivery backlog for your products, refining features, writing user stories, and prioritizing work.
  • Coordinate timelines and releases, ensuring developers have clear goals and milestones.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and draft release notes/help centre updates.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, development, customer support) to refine requirements and communicate progress.
  • Support the development team by removing blockers and clarifying requirements quickly.
  • Provide assistance to the Customer Support team for live product issues when needed.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Functional Designer, or Delivery Lead.
  • Ideally experienced in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably property management or financial software.
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to create functional specifications and screen/data designs.
  • Comfortable with SQL for data extraction and JSON for data manipulation.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML, native apps, or financial/property software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing SaaS company making a real impact in the property management sector.
  • Work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas matter.
  • Enjoy flexibility with a primarily remote role.
  • Share in the success as the company scales.
