Exciting New Role – Change Analyst – Bury – Full-time This role supports a newly formed, innovation-focused division within a regulated UK utilities organisation. The division is responsible for developing and delivering next-generation products, platforms, and services, operating with modern delivery approaches and close alignment between product, technology, and the business.The Role: The Change Analyst will work alongside product, delivery, and technology teams to ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the business.This is a hands-on, delivery-adjacent role, and focused on practical adoption in a regulated, customer-facing environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting change impact assessments across people, process, and systems
  • Identifying readiness, risks, and dependencies linked to product and platform change
  • Supporting the creation of change, communications, and adoption plans
  • Engaging stakeholders across operations, customer-facing teams, and support functions
  • Translating technical or product-led change into clear, business-friendly messaging
  • Supporting training and engagement activity as required
  • Feeding adoption insights back into product and delivery teams
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in change analysis, business analysis, or change management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Comfortable working alongside technical and product teams
  • Experience supporting system, platform, or process change
  • Able to operate in fast-moving, evolving environments
Experience in energy, utilities, or other regulated sectors is advantageous but not essential.Further exciting details:
