Scrum Master

Salary: Approximately £57,000 per annum

As a Scrum Master, you will be at the forefront of our Agile transformation, leading and supporting multiple scrum teams to deliver innovative M365 capabilities. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead a scrum team and support others in delivering new and enhanced M365 capabilities.
• Empower and guide teams to embrace SAFe Agile methodologies, fostering an Agile mindset and values.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to keep the team on track.
• Help define and adapt processes to maximize team performance.
• Gather and analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Celebrate small wins and communicate successes to build confidence and champion Agile practices across the organization.

Essential:

• SAFe for Teams Certification
• Proven experience in Agile delivery
• Experience in delivering an M365 program of work

Desirable:

• Experience in a highly regulated environment
