Office Administrator

A small but fast-growing technology company based on the edge of Reading, near Henley-on-Thames.

This Office Administrator role is where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for keeping the office environment running efficiently, supporting colleagues with administrative tasks, managing supplies and systems, and helping the wider team stay organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Manage incoming calls, post, and general correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and diary coordination
  • Support the team with document formatting, data entry, and file management
  • Help process purchase orders, invoices, and basic finance admin
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an office administration or office coordinator role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Friendly, professional and approachable communication style
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Key information

  • Salary of £27,000 – £29,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday role – no weekend work
  • 100% office-based (free parking on-site)
