BISCIT Product Specialist

BISCIT is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Specialist to establish our presence in the United Kingdom. You will join our team as an Epicor Kinetic Warehouse domain expert and trusted advisor for our clients. This role will see you focus exclusively on the implementation and optimization of the BISCIT products for Epicor and is critical in ensuring that BISCIT’s clients achieve optimal outcomes through the best implementation practices of BISCIT Products including Epicor Kinetic Warehouse, Epicor POD, BISCIT Rental Management System (RMS) and BISCIT Delivery Planning (BDP).

BISCIT is a leader in Warehouse Management Software and related products with over 1,600 customers across 42 countries. Our Warehouse Management Suite of products are built exclusively for Epicor Kinetic ERP. We are looking for a new team member to representing BISCIT (the product vendor) to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

You will have a passion for helping clients to get the maximum value from their enterprise software investments and a track record of building strong business relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across all major segments in the manufacturing and distribution verticals to solve their shopfloor and warehouses challenges. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and will a have deep knowledge of the best practices for WMS solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Worked with Epicor Kinetic ERP and Epicor Kinetic Warehouse as either a client, systems integrator, consultant, or former Epicor employee.
• Ability to provide WMS expertise to the project team and work closely with the client's dedicated resources, client’s consulting partner and project stakeholders.
• Experience in developing deploying and configuring Epicor Kinetic Warehouse and related Epicor core warehouse and shop floor processes and configuration settings.
• Familiarity with rental management and delivery planning business processes and issues.
• Excellent problem solving skills, strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Strategic thinker, problem solver and team player.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong Epicor tools experience in particular mastery of BPMs.
• Understanding of Epicor API’s and debugging techniques including the use of trace logs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams representing BISCIT (the product vendor) to ensure optimal outcomes for our UK & EMEA based clients, partners and stakeholders.
• WMS Process Expert.
• Presenting SME material at User Group meetings.
• Hands-on system configuration of Epicor Kinetic Warehouse, Functional/System Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that WMS meets the clients business requirements.
• Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to Business Requirement\Design Documents for customisation development.
• Collaborate with BISCIT, Epicor, Epicor Partners and client to perform software configuration and deployment and report on quality metrics.
• Following go-live, provide production support.
• Position requires travel within the UK, Europe and other geographies from time to time.
• You will be able to carry out multiple roles in an Epicor WMS implementation including lead WMS Consultant, Design Lead/Support, Configuration Lead/Support, Test Lead/Support, Training Lead/Support, Go-Live Support, Production/Hypercare Support, etc.

Compensation will be commensurate experience.
