IT Apprenticeship
Prospere Learning Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our dynamic IT Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills while supporting the technology that underpins teaching and learning across our schools.
Role
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets across Trust sites, initially with guidance and progressing to independent working
- Maintain classroom IT equipment, including projectors, interactive whiteboards, and audio systems
- Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for assemblies, events, and performances
- Support Trust-wide network, hardware, and software maintenance and security
- Work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents/carers, delivering excellent customer service
- Contribute to a high-quality, reliable IT service across all academies
Training
- Information Communications Technician Level 3
- Online training with a qualified coach from Baltic Apprenticeships
Potential for a full-time job role upon completion.
