PMO Manager - S4 Hana - Hybrid working - London based

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA, specifically Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), to support a large-scale, multinational transformation programme. The individual will play a key role in overseeing project governance, ensuring programme alignment, managing stakeholder engagement, and supporting the successful transition to S/4HANA EWM across a complex global distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage PMO activities across the S/4HANA EWM workstream.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and programme controls.
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, RAID management, and status reporting across multiple regions and deployment waves.
  • Ensure alignment of project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies within the global rollout plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, and regional programme leads.
  • Track progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Support budget management, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Facilitate programme meetings, steering committees, workshops, and decision-making forums.
  • Ensure change management, cutover, and hypercare plans are supported and executed effectively.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with global programme standards.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a PMO Manager within large, global organisations.
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting SAP S/4HANA programmes
  • Experience operating within complex, multi-region implementation frameworks and global template environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and governance skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and PMO methodologies
