Apprentice IT Technician
Providing first level IT Support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues; working on the helpdesk; support staff and students in using technology effectively;installation and configuration of a wide range of software and hardware. This is a term-time role.
Role
- This role is term-time only
- Assist with basic technical support, troubleshoots hardware and software issues
- Help maintain the school's computer systems, and supports teachers, support staff and students in using technology effectively
- Involve tasks including the setup of equipment
- Provide user assistance, software installations and other technology-related projects
- Collaboration with IT staff to ensure smooth technology operations within the school environment
Training
This apprenticeship is delivered as a weekly day release at our site in Stratford, E15.
